I am a human geography and a poli-sci student. But just like you I’m more than a student. We are all people with different perspectives, abilities and backgrounds. However the university treats us like we are just a number. A number for the university to profit from, we are not moneymakers for the UvA. There are still a lot of incredibly stupid regulations in the OER; like guesscorrection for multiple choice tests, where points are deducted from your grade because you might have guessed a question. Another way the uni extracts money from us is the food they sell, I don’t have to explain that one to you. There is way more stuff in the way of making this university a free and equal place for all of us and I am ready to fight for that.
